What do you call a person who is big with cravings and when she craves for a certain type of food (mostly junk food), she can eat it everyday and even three times a day (or more) without getting tired of it, but after about a month or less will hate the sight of that particular food that even just the thought of it will make her cringe?
I have no idea, but I am that person.
Thus, I'd like to share my weekly or bi-weekly craving which I will call Flavor of the Week. :p
My first flavor of the week is V-Soy soy bean milk.
This has actually been my favorite when I was on my first trimester of pregnancy with Amber and I could drink as much as 3 bottles in a day (when I control myself) but then I read that too much soy intake can be harmful to one's health so I stopped drinking it altogether.
Recently I started buying it again and my day isn't complete without drinking at least one glass a day! I started buying the boxed one instead of the bottled ones because they end up cheaper and I end up drinking less.
I have been a fan of soy milk for a while but this particular brand is my favorite and it tastes really good! Actually, lately this is the only brand I really buy.
Drinking soy milk has a lot of health benefits which you can read about here. However, researchers have also come up with reasons why people should not drink soy though none of which have really been scientifically proven. So I'll still continue drinking it but in moderation.
Do you drink soy? Can you tell me other brands that taste as good as V-Soy?
