Last Tuesday, I had a 3d/4d scan of the newest addition to our little family. I never had one when I was pregnant with Kaden because my Ob-Gyn then convinced me that it's not important, so I had a congenital scan done instead. Now I feel bad that poor Kaden has no "in-the-womb" pictures like this one.
You gotta love technology these days! Imagine having to see what the baby really looks like this early on. Although, we all know that the baby's face changes really really fast. What he could look like at birth could be totally different from what he will look like in a week.
We actually did the scan for hubbylicious who was supposed to be home this month but had to stay in Dubai due to some circumstances. Problem is, the file is too big for me to send to him. It has been days and I still am not able to upload the video on youtube. This is the downside to being a mac user, you have limited programs to choose from if you want to downsize a file, or edit it to make it shorter.
So, my dear husband has no choice but to look at the pictures instead.
It was a great experience. In 40 minutes the baby has moved a lot! and we saw him grimace, yawn, smile, swallow, stick out his tongue, move his arms, cover his face, among others. It was fun to watch him, now I'm even more excited and impatient to give birth than ever!
